Phase Close-Out Auction is a First for William Lyon Homes 


Pittsburg, Calif. – William Lyon Homes, one of the nation’s premier homebuilders, has teamed with Accelerated Marketing Partners (AMP) to hold a close-out auction for 37 single-family homes at Vista Del Mar, a master-planned community in Pittsburg, Calif., on Sun., May 4 at the Embassy Suites Walnut Creek. Minimum selling prices for the three- to six-bedroom homes throughout four neighborhoods in Vista Del Mar will be available at auction for minimum selling prices beginning at $265,000.
