to hold a close-out auction for 37 single-family homes at Vista Del Mar, a master-planned community in Pittsburg, Calif., on Sun., May 4 at
the Embassy Suites Walnut Creek. Minimum selling prices for the three- to six-bedroom homes throughout four neighborhoods in Vista Del Mar
will be available at auction for minimum selling prices beginning at $265,000.
