Jon Gollinger of Accelerated Marketing Partners Becomes First Accelerated Marketing Expert To Join The
NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board
Washington, D.C. (Jan. 5, 2009) – Jon Gollinger, co-founder and east coast CEO of Accelerated Marketing
Partners, has joined the National Association of Home Builders’ Multifamily Leadership Board (MLB), the
leading forum for the nation’s multifamily industry. Gollinger, who specializes in auctions, is the first
accelerated marketing professional to be invited to serve on the prestigious Board. The MLB brings together
the largest, most prominent apartment and condominium developers to discuss issues facing the industry today
and enact change through the policy-making power of the NAHB, a federation of more than 800 local and state
home building organizations with more than 200,000 members.
“I am honored to join this influential group of the industry’s top executives,” said Jon Gollinger,
co-founder and east coast CEO of Accelerated Marketing Partners. “I believe now is the perfect time,
given the current economic climate, for accelerated marketing to be at the forefront of discussions and
strategies surrounding real estate policy and education.”
Jon Gollinger has more than 35 years of experience in real estate marketing. His company, Accelerated
Marketing Partners, is the leading full-service residential real estate firm, specializing in both
accelerated and conventional marketing and sales programs. He has worked with many of the country’s
preeminent names in real estate and finance, including The Related Companies, Jones Lang LaSalle, Trammell
Crow, Citibank, Lane Companies, Wood Partners and The Pritzker Family, to design successful consulting,
marketing and sales strategies.
“We are delighted that Jon Gollinger has accepted our invitation to join the Multifamily Leadership Board,”
said Sharon Dworkin Bell, senior staff vice president of the National Association of Home Builders. “His
experience and understanding of real estate marketing will be a great benefit to our membership, and we
look forward to having his input on the Board’s 2009 initiatives.”
Gollinger will join the CEOs of approximately 50 of the industry’s largest multifamily development firms
that currently serve on the Multifamily Leadership Board, including Ron Terwilliger of Trammell Crow
Residential; Tom Bozzuto, of The Bozzuto Group; Leonard Wood, founding partner of Wood Partners; and Bill
Donges of Lane Companies. He will be involved in the Board’s events and meetings throughout the year,
including Pillars of the Industry conference in March, where he will speak about auction marketing as a
successful strategy in the current real estate market.
The Multifamily Leadership Board’s 2009 priorities include enhancements to the homebuyer tax credit;
expanding the investor base for low-income housing tax credits; working with members of Congress to provide
flexibility on acquisition, development and construction loans; and finding ways to streamline the FHA
multifamily mortgage insurance program. The Board continues to promote the benefits of apartment and
condominium living and encourage smart growth initiatives that include higher density housing.
