Monterey, Calif. (March 26, 2008) – Accelerated Marketing Partners will conduct a real estate auction for primary and vacation homes on Sat., April 19 for Cypress Park, a condominium and townhome development in Monterey, Calif. Minimum selling prices for the 41 one- and two-bedroom homes available at the auction will start at $225,000.

The 26 one-bedroom residences available at the auction range in size from approximately 551 sq. ft. to 637 sq. ft., for a minimum selling price of $225,000. The 15 two-bedroom residences range in size from approximately 860 sq. ft. to 920 sq. ft., for a minimum selling price of $265,000. One-bedroom homes had previous asking prices of up to $373,990, and two-bedroom homes had previous asking prices of up to $479,990.
