Condo auction planned for upscale units in Concord

Concord, MA (April 22, 2008) - A condominium real estate auction is planned in
Concord next month for 25 units, starting at prices as much as 42 percent below
previous asking prices.
Minimum prices for the units at Concord Commons, which previously sold up to
$779,000, are from $290,000 to $500,000 for two-bedroom condos, ranging in size
from 1,212 to 1,890 square feet; three-bedrooms, with a minimum auction price of
$385,000, range in size from 1,469 to 2,223 square feet.
Accelerated Marketing Partners will conduct the May 10 auction for Burlington,
Mass.-based Tambone Investment Group and The Boynton Co. of Concord, Mass.
"This is a great opportunity for buyers who have been waiting for reduced prices
