Jon Gollinger of Accelerated M.P. completes Folio Auction ... major success for Boston

BOSTON, MA — Jon Gollinger, Accelerated Marketing Partners principal, successfully conducted Boston’s first major residential real estate auction in a decade. Thirty-four luxury condominiums ranging in size from 600 to 1,815 square feet were sold at Folio Boston, a 14-story, 99-unit building in the heart of the downtown Waterfront District. Two-thirds of the units had previously been sold at the full asking price.

“We believe that auctions are a sensible marketing alternative to conventional methods,” said Gollinger. “In light of current conditions, buyers need to be able to determine property values without obstacles from outside parties. It is a sure-fire way to accelerate price stabilization.”
