Ken Stevens,

Ken Stevens is the co-founder and west coast CEO of Accelerated Marketing Partners. With over 30 years of experience in residential real estate, specializing in marketing, financing, development and sales, Stevens heads west coast operations for Accelerated Marketing Partners, focusing on the company's expansion into major markets such as San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego.
Stevens was a principal and member of the board of Kennedy Wilson International, one of the largest real estate auction marketing firms in the world, from 1987 to 1996. During his tenure at Kennedy Wilson, Stevens established offices in Northern California, Australia, U.K. and Hong Kong and oversaw marketing for all residential and commercial sales programs. He was an instrumental player in Kennedy Wilson's growth and in taking the company public in 1992.
Founder of Matken Pacific Development, a company specializing in custom home building, land acquisition and entitlement, Stevens worked with some of the country's top publicly traded home builders, including Standard Pacific and KB Homes.
Stevens received a Bachelor of Economics degree, with a concentration on marketing and economic statistics, from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.

Thomas H. Vetter, MCSP, MIRM,

Thomas Vetter is the west cost president of Accelerated Marketing Partners. With more than 20 years of experience in real estate and resort sales and marketing, Vetter leads business development efforts on the west coast, focusing primarily on auction marketing for new home builders in San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego, as well as other major west coast markets.
Prior to joining Accelerated Marketing Partners, Vetter served as executive vice president of operations, sales and marketing for the western residential division of Kennedy Wilson International, a real estate auction marketing and investment banking firm. Vetter also served as division president of accelerated marketing for The Ryness Company.
Vetter is an active member of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC). He is also a current faculty member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM). He serves as a builder member of NAHB and on both the NSMC and IRM Boards of Trustees. Vetter also serves as chairman of the IRM Admissions and Standards Committee.

Peri Kost is the west coast senior vice president of operations at Accelerated Marketing Partners. With more than 15 years of real estate experience, Kost specializes in national accelerated marketing and auction campaigns.
Prior to joining Accelerated Marketing Partners, Kost served as senior vice president of event operations for Newhomesemarket.com, a Web-based new home sales and marketing company.
Kost has also served as senior vice president of event operations of accelerated marketing systems for the Ryness Company and as a northern California regional director of operations for the western residential division of Kennedy Wilson International, a real estate auction and investment banking firm.

Linda Johnson is the west coast senior vice president of event operations for Accelerated Marketing Partners. She oversees strategic marketing programs for key clients on the west coast.
Prior to joining Accelerated Marketing Partners, Johnson worked with some of the top financial institutions, developers, lenders and other real estate industry leaders. She is a top-grossing real estate professional with $1.5 billion in sales throughout her career. Specializing in market research and analysis, advertising, promotions and sales, Johnson has years of experience managing sales and marketing for a range of new residential projects throughout Southern California, including high-rise developments and single-family home communities.
Johnson has been recognized by the Sales & Marketing Council in 2002 as Sales Manager of the Year at the Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence (MAME) awards and in 2003 as Sales Manager of the Year at the Inland Empire Sales and Marketing Council’s annual Laurel Awards.

Todd Minkin,

Todd Minkin is the head of business development in Southern California for Accelerated Marketing Partners. With his in-depth knowledge of business development strategy and real estate marketing in both the residential and commercial sectors of the industry, Minkin leads new business efforts for Southern California, focusing primarily on accelerated marketing techniques for developers and institutional clients in Southern California. Prior to joining Accelerated Marketing Partners, Minkin founded the commercial real estate division of Sterling Real Estate. He previously served as the director of special projects for Helix Capital Group and as executive vice president of business development for Kennedy Wilson International. Minkin holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine, and is a licensed real estate professional in California.

Jon Gollinger,

Jon Gollinger is the co-founder and east coast CEO of Accelerated Marketing Partners. With over 35 years of experience in conventional and accelerated real estate marketing, Gollinger is a leading marketing expert and real estate consultant in the northeast and is focusing on AMP's expansion in major metropolitan markets like Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., Atlanta and throughout Florida.
Founder of Boston-based The Collaborative Companies, Gollinger formed a partnership in 1990 with Kennedy Wilson, Inc., where he served as east coast CEO and oversaw the sale of $4 billion of residential real estate throughout the U.S. using a combination of accelerated and conventional marketing techniques. Building on this success, Kennedy Wilson became the first auction marketing company to go public in 1992.
Gollinger has worked with many of the country's preeminent names in real estate and finance, including The Related Companies, Jones Lang LaSalle, Trammell Crow, Citibank, Lehman Brothers and The Pritzker Family, to design successful consulting, marketing and sales strategies.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Northeastern University in Boston and currently serves on the university's advisory board.

Stephanie Wilkinson,

Stephanie Wilkinson is the east coast executive vice president of marketing for Accelerated Marketing Partners. She oversees the sales staff and all marketing programs for the east coast operations of the company.
Before joining Accelerated Marketing Partners, she served as vice president of marketing for Boston-based The Collaborative Companies, a premier residential real estate marketing firm. Wilkinson managed the marketing programs and strategy for major residential real estate developments. Prior to joining The Collaborative Companies, Wilkinson served as vice president of Highland Management Associates, a real estate development and arbitration firm.
Wilkinson received a Bachelor of Science in business communications from Bentley College in Massachusetts.

Jaret Stickney,

Jaret Stickney is the east coast executive vice president of operations for Accelerated Marketing Partners. He oversees the company’s operations, technology initiatives and assists in its strategic direction. Prior to joining Accelerated Marketing Partners, Jaret was an executive at Accenture, where he worked as a strategy consultant on various engagements in both Europe and United States for various fortune 100 clients. He also served as director of new development for Sotheby’s International Realty in Boston where he was responsible for establishing the division and its growth in the Greater Boston marketplace. Additionally, Jaret helped establish the Urban Communities Division at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where he created and implemented strategic high-end marketing programs for some of the largest residential real estate developers throughout the country. Jaret holds a Bachelor of Science degree in both Computer and Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.

Steve Caldwell is the east coast vice president of business development for Accelerated Marketing Partners. A seasoned business development, marketing and technology professional, Caldwell leads business development efforts in major markets, including Boston, New York, Washington, D.C., Atlanta and across Florida.
As a former general manager of Thomson Financial's consumer search engine fnReporter, Caldwell developed an online e-mail news service to detect events that could change the price of a stock. He also served as president of Ziff Technologies, where he was responsible for the entire CDROM and database business.
Caldwell was a founding partner and vice president of sales and marketing for BidNet, a Dun & Bradstreet-funded secure technologies venture and was formerly a planning manager at Exxon, where he served on the company's venture capital team and became the first director of business planning of Exxon Office Systems.
Caldwell received a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Mark Milton is the east coast executive vice president for Accelerated Marketing Partners. He brings more than 20 years of real estate marketing and development experience to the company.
Prior to joining Accelerated Marketing Partners, Milton served as vice president of development services for Jones Lang LaSalle and was responsible for identifying and structuring real estate partnerships for new development.
Milton also helped establish the Urban Communities Division at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, where he created and implemented strategic high-end marketing programs for some of the largest residential real estate developers throughout the country.
Milton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas.
